Refund Conditions:

1. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
2. The product must be in unused and original packaging condition.
3. Please contact our customer service via email at support@icrochetit.com with your purchase receipt and product photos.

Refund Process:

1. Send an email to support@icrochetit.com, stating the reason for the refund and your order number.
2. Our customer service team will respond to your email promptly and provide return instructions.
3. Follow the instructions to ship the product back to the specified address.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. This process generally takes 3 business days. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process the refund.

Shipping Responsibility:

  • If the reason for the refund is due to ICrochetIt's error, such as shipping the wrong item or other errors on our part, we will cover all shipping costs.
  • If the refund is due to customer change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
